Due to changes in Government requirements, Budokan Judo Club has re-drafted its Covid-19 Safety Plan. We are now required to complete the template forms for both:
- Community sporting competitions and full training activities, as well as
- Gyms (including health and dance studios, and martial arts training facilities)
and these 2 documents are included with this notice. We have also been required to change our attendance register and this is also included in this notice.
