In the next week or so, we will be emailing out a survey with about 20 questions covering a wide range of topics.
- This is an important tool giving you a voice to influence how we can improve what we do and potentially better serve our members.
- We will look at such things as what your expectations were when you joined the club and if they have been met, what keeps you training, what you like about Judo and about the club, comments on pricing, competitions, social activities, merchandise and so on.
- You will be able to complete the survey anonymously so please take the time to complete it when released. This can also assist us with strategies to improve our child-safety culture.
