We have been successful in applying for the largest grant received by the club since the club‘s inception. The application was endorsed by The Hon Alex Hawke MP Federal Member for Mitchell and submitted in consultation with The Hills Shire Council. The $20,000 grant will be used for major building works, including the complete overhaul of the building’s electrical power supply and power distribution board, new lighting and new fans. The works will be performed in conjunction with Council and must be completed by 30th November this year. A great deal of thanks must go to Scott Young for coordinating the application.
