Congratulations to Nicholas Platonov who was nominated as a Finalist for Sportsperson of the Year for Ryde. At the awards night held recently Nicholas won the “Rising Star Award”. NSW Member for Ryde Jordan Lane MP, who was himself a Judoka at Budokan Judo Club in the early 2000s, met Nicholas and made a nice post on social media (7th August https://www.facebook.com/JordanLaneRyde).
