This meeting will be held on Monday 2nd November at 8.00pm, likely to be at the Judo Club due to social distancing requirements. The formal Notice of AGM is attached to the email containing this Newsletter. Please note that nominations for Committee positions and Notices of Motion or items for discussion need to be submitted by Tuesday 20th October. At this stage, I will be proposing a club training fee increase of approximately 10% from 2021 - we have not had a fee review in 2 years. I will also propose that in place of the current “Senior” athlete minimum age of 16 years at the time of training fee renewal, we recognise that the contemporary definition of “Seniors” has changed over the years to reflect Cadets who turn 15 years old (or 16 or 17 years) in the calendar year. This will mean that if the Motion passes, as of 2021, Cadets will pay “Senior” club training fees, which is completely logical. All club members are welcome to attend the AGM.
