CLARIFICATION - TRAINING FEE ON-LINE VOUCHER PURCHASE SYSTEM

Regarding the use of Active Kids Vouchers:

  • People can use the voucher issued in the first half of the year for the whole 12 months. Obviously the voucher issued in the second half of the year can only be used for that half of the year. So if people want to use both vouchers for 12 months training, they need to align their due date to any time in the second half of the year, and then use both vouchers to offset their fees. In other words, if the anniversary of your training fees is early in the first half of the year, re-align the anniversary by doing a one-off 3 or 6 month voucher purchase so your anniversary resets to around July or later. Both vouchers can be then used for the following 12 month training fee.  Another option is to use the second voucher for another activity e.g. Judo NSW fees, or other sporting activities.

Please be careful when purchasing Training Period Vouchers for the club, to not re-register with Judo NSW which is a completely separate process. Both processes are covered on our website. For Judo NSW renewals, the easiest way to enter the process is to use the on-line link on the email you receive from Judo NSW.
